Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of motorcycles.
- Ensure all services are performed according to company standards.
- Implement upselling strategies to promote additional services and products to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience.
- Train staff on best practices in motorcycle service management and repair techniques.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in motorcycle repair.
