Duties
- Manage office operations, including clerical tasks, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Provide training development for new staff members to ensure they are equipped with necessary skills.
- Maintain phone systems and demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff as needed.
- Implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management as required.
Qualifications
