Associate Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Attorney (Florida Bar Member) to join our Estate Planning and Probate team in our Davie, FL location.

Salary will be dependent upon many factors including potential for business development and referral networks. We offer an additional bonus when you bring in work from your personal network but there are no business development requirements. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their estate planning needs.
- Draft and review estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Provide legal advice on estate and probate matters.
- Assist in the administration of estates and trusts.
- Observe our core values
- Manage legal projects independently and efficiently
- Provide an excellent customer experience for clients
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- Experience in estate planning and probate law is preferred but not necessary.
