The focus on this internship will be to support the Brand Communications Manager across all key areas of day-to-day activities. Specific areas of focus include content development and execution, coordination of campaign launches, monitoring, reporting and analysis of product and dealer reviews program. Intern will assist in the ongoing surveillance of customer feedback and the management of a ratings and reviews program. The intern will play a crucial role in ensuring the program's success and effectiveness. Collecting and Monitoring Reviews : Regularly gather customer reviews from the company's website and monitor the volume and sentiment of reviews to identify trends. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. As we launch new creative campaigns into the marketplace in 2025, the brand marketing intern will assist in developing detailed plans for marketing campaigns, including timelines, target audiences, and key messages. Collaborate with team members to ensure all elements are aligned with the overall marketing strategy. Help create and gather content for campaigns, such as social media posts, email newsletters, website articles, and promotional materials. Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content. Create and produce various marketing reports, presentations and spreadsheets (Brand / Retail MAP). Supports specific Brand Communications activities including meetings, recordkeeping, registration data, monthly performance reporting and other activities and projects as assigned.
Internship Goals :
- Gain hands-on experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing. Learn to set objectives, identify target audiences, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop expertise in managing a product ratings and reviews program. Learn to collect, analyze, and respond to customer feedback effectively. Gain insights into leveraging reviews to improve product offerings, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive marketing strategies. Understand best practices for encouraging authentic reviews and maintaining a positive brand reputation.
- Enhance your ability to create compelling and engaging content for different platforms, including company website, social media, and email. Develop an understanding of content management systems (CMS) and best practices for maintaining a consistent brand voice and message.
These goals will help the intern build a strong foundation in marketing principles and practical skills, preparing them for a successful career in the field.
