- Shadow our Training Specialists and learn the part they play in Talent Development
- Develop comprehensive training guides for implementation
- Learn the art of professional communication externally and internally
- Learn how to properly facilitate a training session
- Play a key role in our annual Manufacturing Technology Summer Camp, which is designed to expose high school students to modern-day manufacturing. Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Reach out to local businesses for scholarship donations to support our campers.
