We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Manager to join our team. As the Director of Catering, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
Responsibilities of Catering Manager :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive catering sales and revenue growth.
- Manage and implement all aspects of the catering process, from initial client contact to event execution.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and create customized menus and event plans.
- Oversee food production, ensuring high quality and adherence to food safety standards.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering and tracking supplies.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure smooth operations during events, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as sales and marketing) to promote catering services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in catering and hospitality.
- Utilize technology for marketing, sales, delivery, customer service and follow up.
- Assist in managing dine in operations and third party deliveries.
