Financial Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games. This role will be responsible for providing financial insights, forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing key financial data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial modeling, data analytics, and industry-specific trends to help optimize operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, including revenue and expense forecasting, profitability assessments, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and operational improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to enhance financial performance.
• Monitor and evaluate revenue streams, cost structures, and financial trends within the family entertainment industry.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Support pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, and capital investment decisions with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and other departments to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the hospitality, entertainment, or retail industry.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
