We are a FAMILY owned Law Firm based in Florida for more than 20 years. Our law firm represents some of the largest banks and financial institutions in the USA. Due to an increase in workload and client size, we are growing our compliance team!
We are currently seeking data driven and process-oriented professionals to join our Compliance Team. Successful candidates will be responsible for reviewing large datasets in excel and other data tools supporting the team in identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with client requirements, relevant laws, regulations and Banking Litigation best practices. Our Compliance Specialist often have a high-volume workload, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to client satisfaction and an ability to prioritize work and make quick and accurate decisions. Ideal candidates should have the following skillsets:
- Critical Thinking and ability to translate thoughts into structured process.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus.)
- A thorough understanding of policies and best practices of risk management.
- Strong responsiveness, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate, inspire trust, and work independently with other operational units.
- Skills using a computer and Microsoft office, including outlook, word, excel and power point.
- Effective research and analytical skills.
