About the Role
As an Office Clerk, you will be the friendly face that welcomes clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in. You’ll handle day-to-day administrative tasks, keep the office organized, and assist the legal team in maintaining a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism, ensuring a welcoming and friendly office atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital files to ensure efficiency and easy access.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and court or filing deadlines.
- Provide general administrative support to attorney and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Handle light bookkeeping and data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain office cleanliness, ensure supplies are stocked, and help keep operations running efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) to perform various administrative tasks.
Experience / We Are Looking For
- A friendly, positive attitude and enjoyment in working with people.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with others.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with basic computer programs (Mac, Microsoft Office, Email, etc.).
- A team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Previous experience as an office clerk or in an administrative role is a plus, but not required.
