How You'll Help Us Connect the World :

As a HR Director, you will be responsible for shaping and guiding the organization through an exciting period of change as part of the Human Resources team. You will work closely with the Radio Frequency and Power leadership team to provide strategic and, at times, tactical Human Resources support through innovative and practical solutions that support the overall mission and goals of the business globally. This role will be hybrid based in Richardson, Texas.

  • Building strong relationships both internally and externally, creating a positive and productive environment that fosters cooperation and the sharing of knowledge.
  • Demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, ensuring consistent performance even when facing challenges.

Required Qualifications for Consideration :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related curriculum and 8 years of related experience is required.
  • Related experience consists of experience as an HR manager, consultant business partner, or similar role involving HR consultation and guidance with senior leaders.
  • Previous experience as an HR Strategic Business Partner with global responsibilities.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communications skills, with a working knowledge of relevant software.
