How You'll Help Us Connect the World: As a Fulfillment Program, Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the entire order lifecycle for orders placed on ANDREW from multiple key direct customers utilizing our fulfillment program. You will work closely with customer experience specialists, planning, shipping, engineering, procurement, and channel partners as well as direct customers to ensure materials are secured to meet required timelines. This role is based out of Euless, Texas.
You Will Make An Impact By
- Serving as the main point of contact in all matters related to key customer/order fulfillment process flow and completion
- Building and strengthening internal relationships to achieve long-term success in meeting customer requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and providing timely responses
- Collaborating with Sales, PLM, Customer Experience, Planning/Operations, and Engineering to develop strategic plans, support revenue growth, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency
- Reviewing order ship dates, locations, distribution inventory, and lead times to select the most efficient fulfillment paths
- Developing a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Participating in regular team meetings to improve process flow
- BA or BS in Business or related field
- 2–3 years minimum in Customer Experience, Sales, or Operations roles
- Experience with partner, sales, industry, or channel environments
- Professional experience in a customer-facing or fulfillment role
- Proficient with SAP, audits, spreadsheets, and other productivity software
- Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet/exceed requirements and deliver positive customer experiences
- Enjoy multicultural and fast-paced environments
- Can interface effectively with all levels of management and across functional disciplines
- Are results-oriented
