Dental Assistant RDA

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dental clinic. The ideal candidate will support our dental professionals in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the practice. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures.
• Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during treatments.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Operate dental equipment, including 3D scanners, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Manage inventory of dental supplies and assist with ordering as needed.

Skills

• Proficiency in working within a dental clinic environment with experience in various specialties such as periodontic.
• Ability to operate advanced dental technology, including 3D scanners.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members. English, and Chinese preferred
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and a clean workspace.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
