Description

Position Purpose :

The Editor IV is responsible for assembling special feature broadcasts of AWM Media Shows, leading a team of editors, and ensuring high-quality output consistent with Andrew Wommack Ministries' vision.

Essential Duties :

Edit multi-cam videos, and live videos, and mix audio files proficiently.
Train employees in camera operation for capturing BROLL.
Create product promos and advanced graphics.
Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud software.
Ensure accuracy and quality across all projects.
Lead and train the editing team.
Implement advanced editing solutions for enhanced quality.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Proficiency in digital technology and Adobe software packages.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong leadership and instructional abilities.

Must be able to operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements :

Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Must sign the Statement of Faith.

A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.

Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.

Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.

Must pass all required checks.

Experience :

Minimum 5 years of experience in video editing.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
