Position Purpose
Transcribe Gospel Truth programs and other content for closed captioning, editing, and publishing needs.

Essential Duties
- Transcribe Gospel Truth broadcast programs for television within set deadlines.
- Research and verify questionable facts presented by Andrew, noting references with potential legal concerns.
- Code transcripts to facilitate the editing process.
- Verify scripture references and add missing ones mentioned by the speaker.
- Maintain a comprehensive file of all transcribed documents for future reference.
- Research previously transcribed materials from archives as needed.
- Re-number or edit prepared materials for re-runs.
- Identify and flag references or topics causing problems for Andrew or AWM.
- Highlight topics unsuitable for certain international markets.
- Ensure accurate spelling of names mentioned in programming.
- Transcribe interviews in appropriate format for programming use.
- Distribute completed transcripts to relevant recipients for program production.
- Flag any "Free" offers made by Andrew.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Strong verbal, written, and reading comprehension and communication skills.
- Typing speed: 60 words per minute.
- Proficient in using transcription equipment or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with Apple and Windows computers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Google Drive and/or Dropbox.
- Demonstrates professionalism in all tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective organization and time management abilities.
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous.
- Exhibits high levels of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign the Statement of Faith.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
- Must pass all required checks.
- 2-4 years of experience in transcription.
- Proficient knowledge of Andrew Wommack Ministries.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
