Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Client Relations Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while driving company success. Reporting directly to the Director of Client Relations, you will oversee key client interactions, sales efforts, and customer service escalations with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct Regular Client Meetings: Schedule and lead meetings with clients to review their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Drive Sales: Identify and pursue sales opportunities within existing client accounts to contribute to revenue growth.
- Manage Customer Service Escalations: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer service issues, resolving them efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with company capabilities.
- Provide updates and insights to the Director of Client Relations on client activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven and verifiable customer service experience (minimum of 3-5 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-first approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Must successfully pass an FBI background check.
