Job Description
As a CNA/MedTech/Floor Lead, you will be
· Helping clients with daily tasks, dressing, hygiene, cleaning, and laundry
· Engaging and interacting with residents and care staff in a respectful manner while maintaining professional boundaries
· Reminding residents of upcoming appointments or outings and assisting them to prepare for the day
· Maintaining daily progress notes and other appropriate documentation
· Assisting residents with daily medications
· Assisting with caregiver training and development
· Managing, prioritizing, and implementing task sheets as directed by management
· Overseeing the daily flow of the facility to ensure that care staff are appropriately utilized, and resident related issues are resolved in a timely manner

Qualifications
· 1 year medication assistance experience required
· Must demonstrate ability to work in a team setting, helping wherever needed, with an emphasis on leading and coaching others
Requirements
· Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
· Must pass a Washington State Background Check
· Must have current Home Care Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant License
