What are the responsibilities and job description for the Focus Program Manager position at Andrews Center?
Must have a Master's degree including ABA coursework or current enrollment of ABA coursework is required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing services to children on the autism spectrum required.
Will receive clinical supervision from the Behavior Analyst supervising the case or the Director of Autism Services/BCBA and employment supervision from the Director of Autism Services.
Services to be performed under this job description may include:
- Assisting the BCBA or the Division Director in supervising the direct delivery of services
- Monitoring the implementation of services
- Performing data analysis and reporting
- Performing other duties consistent with this job title that are in direct support of the program
- Performing services listed under Behavior Technician, as needed.
