What are the responsibilities and job description for the HCC Outreach Assistant position at Andrews Center?
Must have High school education with 1-2 years secretarial experience preferred.
HCC outreach assistant performs administrative, operational, and logistic support. Staff assists in coordinating for persons experiencing housing instability with mental health and/or substances use disorder. This can include driving clients to community resources and assisting them in moving to stable housing. Manage office needs and assist HCC Program Director as needed. Person will serve as HCC Fee Specialist and Consumer Benefit Specialist.
This position will travel 80% of the time as a result of mobile outreach and assisting clients with basic needs. This position may require the employee to transport consumers in his or her personal vehicle, drive an Andrews Center vehicle, or drive representing Andrews Center.
