LVN Phone Nurse - Andrews Behavioral (Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic)
We are seeking a dedicated LVN to join our team as a Phone Nurse in a busy psychiatric outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will manage the majority of incoming calls to the nurse line, providing exceptional care and support to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, directing them to the appropriate staff or providers
- Manage medication refill requests and sample coordination
- Address patient concerns and provide guidance as needed
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support patient care
Requirements:
- Current LVN license in good standing
- Experience in psychiatric or mental health settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
