What are the responsibilities and job description for the TCOMI Intensive Case Manager position at Andrews Center?
Must have bachelors degree in human service field. Experience in mental health services and criminal justice preferred.
Act as the liaison between Van Zandt County probation offices and 20-25 probationers who have a mental illness. Will assist with identifying, assessing and linking the clients to Andrews Center and community services. Will provide crisis intervention and monitoring at the client's home and other locations as needed. Will provide education to criminal justice agencies and clients regarding MH and IDD treatment and services. Extensive travel is required.
