What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Business Partner position at Andrews & Cole, LLC?
Andrews & Cole is currently partnering with a well-established and well-funded not-for-profit in Chatsworth that is looking for a full-time, direct-hire Human Resources Business Partner. The role will be hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days onsite) in Chatsworth and report to the Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Work as a Strategic Partner to division leaders
- Ensure ongoing and effective communication with division leaders
- Act as the primary point of contact for Employee Relations for assigned division
- Talent and Performance Management
- Support recruitment needs including drafting job descriptions
- Interprets and applies company policies
- Implement new or revised HR policies and procedures
Minimum requirements:
- BA/BS in Human Resources or any combination of education and experience
- 3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- 2 years of experience with conflict resolution, performance management, and employee relations
