Here's the pay: Our starting pay is $18.50 an hour.

You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Delivery Driver and Grocery Sales teams in high volume accounts delivering an elevated Service Experience.

Bottom line... You'll be moving, rotating and displaying BEER & Spirits.

Here's More Of What You Will Do

Account Sales Support Responsibilities - Service Excellence and Customer Experience

Works collaboratively with the Account Manager and DSM to service Large Format, M3, Liquor complex accounts within their assigned route.

• Runs a Large Format, assigned sales route with the Account Manager.
• Maintains, tracks, and manages inventory via the P2PDI process to ensure each account has adequate inventory to avoid out-of-stocks at all time.
• Collaborates with the Account Manager to determine customer order.
• Performs backfill account coverage for the assigned Account Manager as needed.
• As a backup when the Account Manager is away, submits customer orders in a timely manner.
• Works to build the customer relationship to influence selling opportunities.
• Resolves account problems and/or escalates to Account team as needed.
• Walks the account for selling and merchandising opportunities and pairing with Andrews' portfolio.
• Ensures service excellence in assigned accounts working collaboratively with their assigned Account Manager.
  
  

Partners with the Account Manager to identify display opportunities to sell in displays into the account.

• Builds displays and executes placement of signage and other merchandising items.
• Tracks inventory to ensure display(s) are maintained and stocked to gain the highest revenue.
• Communicates any changes in the retail landscape either from competitive activity or new retail account opportunities (e.g., more display space, new locations, additional window/cooler space, new retail beer/display strategies, etc.).
  
  

Account Merchandising Support Responsibilities - Operational Optimization

Performs routine merchandising activities; stocking and rotating, organizing, and refilling back stocks, cold boxes/coolers, shelves, beer caves and displays adhering to all quality and rotation policies ensuring service levels are maintained.

• Completes daily account work orders.
• Ensures service levels and compliance rates for each assigned account are met or exceeded.
• Rotates product to ensure all quality standards and compliance regulations are maintained/achieved.
• Works with Coaches/Leadership to record and track OOS in each assigned account.
• Ensures all Andrews SKUs are priced appropriately and meet standard of visibility.
• Keeps backroom and inventory areas clean and organized. Notifies manager of any product breakage in an account.
• Completes and documents all retail calls (GoSpotCheck or other tracking tool) and provides feedback to Account Manager, Regional Merchandising Manager, Merchandising Service Manager, or District Sales Manager (DSM) to ensure appropriate inventory levels and exceptional customer service in all assigned accounts.
• Checks in and out with appropriate Store representatives to inform about all work completed and ask if additional service is needed.

• Reliable transportation (auto allowance plus mileage reimbursement)

• Must Have Dependable Vehicle to Use During Daily Shift; Must Carry Required Level of Insurance

• Previous experience stocking or merchandising products
• Previous Distribution Business Experience or Other Consumer Product Goods Experience
• Previous Beer Industry Experience
  
  

Physical Requirements & Essential Functions

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to pull/push a load up to 100 lbs.
• Requires heavy and repetitive lifting/placement of products up to 55 lbs.
• Bends, stoops, squats, kneels, crouches, crawls, climbs ladders and stairs, stands, walks, and turns/pivots frequently throughout duration of workday.
