Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement debt collection strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquency ratios.
- Supervise and manage a team of debt collectors to ensure efficient and effective operations.

- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to debt collection.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in improving collection rates and reducing delinquency ratios.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
