The Vice President, Debt Management Solutions serves as a key member of the leadership team, overseeing the Debt Management Department. This role is responsible for ensuring all collections functions comply with regulations and credit union policies and procedures. The incumbent will maintain the credit union's targeted delinquency and charge-off ratios, identify trends, and report on elements of risk. Additionally, this role will execute established operational goals and ensure corporate-wide plans are complemented and supported.
