The schedule will include a blend of shifts—day, evening, and overnight—providing flexibility and variety in your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience Excellence: Provide outstanding service with a strong knowledge of the property, its amenities, and local attractions. Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations.
- Shift Variety: Handle front desk responsibilities across different shifts, including guest services, reservations, and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the day and night.
- Warm Hospitality: Welcome guests with professionalism and a focus on creating memorable experiences.
- Communication: Maintain constant, clear communication with guests, teammates, and management.
- Organization & Cleanliness: Keep guest-facing and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and inviting.
- Administrative Accuracy: Handle reservations, financial transactions, and property management system tasks.
- Support Across Shifts: Collaborate with colleagues to provide coverage as needed, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Team Participation: Engage in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to continuous improvement.
