Description
We are seeking career-oriented, hospitality-focused individuals to join our team as Concierge and Front Desk Team Members. As the “face” of our property, you will provide guests with a warm welcome, exceptional service, and seamless coordination of all front desk activities, including reservations, guest services, and administrative tasks. This role emphasizes guest experience, with a focus on attention to detail, professionalism, and teamwork. Overnight shifts may be required based on staffing needs and guest booking levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience Excellence: Provide outstanding service by maintaining a strong knowledge of the property, its amenities, local attractions, and Food & Beverage offerings. Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations.
- Warm Hospitality: Welcome guests with a positive attitude, courteous demeanor, and a focus on creating memorable experiences.
- Communication: Maintain constant and clear communication with guests, teammates, and management. Proactively share updates and ensure smooth coordination.
- Organization & Cleanliness: Ensure all guest-facing and back-of-house areas are clean, organized, and inviting.
- Administrative Accuracy: Handle reservations, financial transactions, and property management system (PMS) tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Support Across Departments: Collaborate with colleagues to support other departments as needed, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Team Participation: Actively engage in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Flexibility: Be prepared to adapt to varying schedules, including day, evening, and overnight shifts as business demands.
