Zero George Hotel, Charleston’s premier boutique hotel, is seeking a Night Auditor to join our front office team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently overnight.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming and professional guest experience, assisting with late check-ins and guest inquiries.
- Process nightly financial reports and balance daily transactions.
- Perform security checks throughout the property to ensure guest safety.
- Set up the café and breakfast area for morning service.
- Complete light cleaning tasks, such as tidying common areas and handling trash removal.
- Communicate important overnight updates to the morning shift.
Requirements:
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight shifts.
- Must be available to work 11 PM – 7 AM, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Ability to valet cars (manual transmission experience a plus).
