Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
• Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills

• Proficient in phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
• Experience in guest relations and customer service within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of hospitality management or hotel management principles is preferred.
• Ability to perform night audit tasks when necessary.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
