- Manage events by coordinating logistics, setting up venues, and ensuring smooth execution of activities.
- Facilitate guest services by providing information about facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
- Utilize public speaking skills to effectively communicate with groups during events or presentations.
- Handle conflict management situations with professionalism and tact to ensure guest satisfaction.
- If applicable, supervise children during activities as a certified lifeguard or through experience working with youth.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills are an asset.
