Carpenter/Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various carpentry tasks, including fabrication, installation, and restoration work. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints effectively. The Carpenter/Laborer will be responsible for building structures, fixtures, and performing masonry work while ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications
• Perform installation of siding, fixtures, and other carpentry elements
• Conduct water damage restoration and repair tasks as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute projects accurately
• Restore existing structures to their original condition or improve them as required
• Assist with masonry work, including bricklaying and concrete pouring
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry or related fields
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans
• Familiarity with masonry techniques is a plus
• Strong skills in installation, assembly, and restoration tasks
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites

Expected hours: 40 per week
