We are looking for dedicated and responsible workers to assist in our Early Childhood Education Center May- August 2025.
We will provide all work trainings, background check, finger printing, and CPR/First Aid training that are required for the job.
Must be a student of Andrews University.

Duties and responsibilities
- Provide basic needs for children
- Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities
- Use various leaning methods such as stories, games and drawing to intellectually stimulate children.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
- Work with young children to teach basic skills such as colors, letter and number recognition, shapes, social skills and personal hygiene
- Manage activities, imaginative play, bathroom breaks, meals and rest time
- Introduce children to new age-appropriate hobbies
- Clean and sanitize all toys and play areas
- Monitor and gently correct children’s behavior and adapt to the various needs of children and parents
- Have patience and compassion suitable for working with young children
- Have the spirit of flexibility and a Christ-like attitude in all that they say and do
Supervisory responsibilities
May supervise student workers, as determined by the DirectorQualifications

Physical demands
