ASI is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to support PMA-263 working on-site in Patuxent River, MD.
Responsibilities
- Provide logistics management support
- Ensure the following are defined and executed in accordance with project defined requirements:
- Training requirements
- Technical Data and Publication activities
- Supply Support activities and Support Equipment requirements
- Logistics requirements
- Support the acquisition of systems, subsystems, and equipment by ensuring Technical Readiness Level (TRL) factors are addressed throughout the acquisition process
- Create tailored supportability strategies, define maintenance planning concepts, and conduct supportability analyses, while ensuring that system design and logistics efforts are integrated
- Collect and analyze Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) data. Provide support for various logistics elements such as Supply Support, Support Equipment, Technical Manuals and Technical Data, Training, Computer Resources, Facilities, Design Interface, Maintenance Planning, Packaging, Handling, Storage, Transportation, and Manpower and Personnel
- Perform trends and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources Material Shortages (DMSMS) analysis, risk management, and support configuration management practices and policies
- Attend technical and project reviews and meetings. Prepare and present documentation, briefings, technical data, drawings, and point papers
- At least two (2) to four (4) years of experience in acquisition related to in-service support of DoD weapons systems performing any of the following:
- LORA
- Maintenance Planning
- Logistics Support/Supportability Analysis
- Operational Availability Analysis
- Resource Requirements Analysis
- Four (4) years of experience performing comprehensive analyses across the spectrum of ILS elements during a job assignment in or in support of an acquisition command
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Additional four (4) years of experience of acquisition or operational logistics management experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the data package in Microsoft Excel
- Life Cycle Costing experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Able to obtain a Secret Clearance
