YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Enhance customer satisfaction by actively engaging with and following up on all customer inquiries and issues through phone and email to ensure exceptional service and efficient resolution.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries to maintain high service standards.
· Monitor communication channels to ensure consistent service quality.
· Coordinate with other departments to expedite issue resolution.
· Ensure staff adherence to all written operational processes to meet regulatory compliance.
· Develop strong Standard Operating Procedures (Work Instructions) for team to be trained to.
· Align with customer service goals with strategic company objectives.
· Identify opportunities for service-driven growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
1. At least one previous role where knowledge of Excel, MRP Systems, Outlook, or Adobe were acquired. Salesforce is a plus.
2. At least one previous role involving customer service, team leadership, or administrative assistance.
