Position Summary
As a Sales Representative at Andros Home, you will be the face of our luxury brand and a key driver of revenue growth. Your primary responsibility is to engage clients with an elevated experience, offering expert product knowledge and creative solutions tailored to their unique needs. Working closely with the Showroom Manager, logistics and design team, you will cultivate long-term relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold Andros Home’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Greet, welcome, and assist customers in the showroom.
- Build rapport with new and existing clients, understanding their style preferences and project requirements.
- Present product options, deliver design insights, and provide personalized recommendations.
Sales Performance
Drive sales by proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.Meet or exceed individual and team targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Accurately process sales orders and maintain detailed customer records.Product Expertise
Stay current on all Andros Home product offerings, including new arrivals and custom design options.Coordinate with vendors to access exclusive pieces and provide bespoke solutions.Regularly attend product knowledge sessions and industry events to remain at the forefront of design trends.Collaboration & Communication
Partner with the Showroom Manager to ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.Collaborate with interior designers, vendors, and the customer service team to facilitate seamless project execution.Communicate customer feedback and emerging trends to management for continuous improvement.Showroom Maintenance
Maintain the showroom’s luxury aesthetic, ensuring products are well-organized, clean, and showcased to their best advantage.Assist with inventory management, receiving and tagging merchandise as needed.Qualifications
Experience : 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, high-end furniture, or interior design.
Education : High school diploma required; a background in interior design or related field is a plus.
Skills :
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM systems.Attributes :
