Title : Home Health PT Winter in Maine - Contract What You'll Do : Work a minimum 13-week contract, 36-40 hours / week during winter months in Maine. Provide physical therapy services to clients according to standards of practice outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association. Services may include screening, evaluation, direct service, consultation and / or instruction. Demonstrate knowledge and case management skills to coordinate client needs. Develop, implement, coordinate, and revise a plan of care that incorporates goals consistent with the client's age, condition, and needs. What You'll Bring : 1 year of recent home health experience required. Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current PT license in the State of Maine.
