WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Direct daily operations at the Texas Test Site, coordinating with T&E engineers, logistics, and others.
- Utilize data analytics to drive site efficiency, manage space usage, and champion continuous improvement.
- Address site issues by collaborating with stakeholders, fostering a productive work environment.
- Lead and execute operational and workplace projects, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Plan and oversee both internal team and external client events to ensure professional execution.
- Monitor test site supplies and equipment, maintaining necessary inventory levels.
- Communicate effectively with employees about changes and updates in the workplace and test site.
- Oversee a team of coordinators; maintaining team efficiency and high-quality management.
- Ensure optimal management and availability of demonstration and deployment inventory.
- Develop vendor relationships and manage partnerships.
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%, for site support and management duties.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage resources and relationships effectively.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret-Level security clearance promptly.

US Salary Range : $76,000 - $145,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations.
