Job Overview:
The Administrative—CQI role is an entry-level position that provides administrative support to the Behavioral Health (BH) team. This position reports directly to the BH Director and involves supporting daily operations, tracking quality improvements, managing documentation, and helping coordinate events and inspections.
Schedule and Shift:
- Monday - Friday
- Full-Time
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to policies and applicable agency regulations (e.g., ChildNet, DCF 65C-46).
- Manage the BH Director’s calendar to meet deadlines (e.g., court hearings, staffing, grant reports).
- Ensure intake packages are complete with all required signatures.
- Monitor and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) for all admitted residents.
- Oversee and monitor CQI Track and Trend and the internal database.
- Assisted with organizing community meetings and behavioral health events.
- Schedule on-site unit inspections.
- Communicate with residents and units via emails, texts, and posted reminders for events, notices, and inspections.
- Perform additional duties as requested by the supervisor, President/CEO, or BH Director.
Qualification:

Minimum of an associate degree in a social field or a related study area.
- At least two years of administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective oral and written communication
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse personalities
- Prompt and reliable in task execution
- Preferred knowledge of billing is a plus.
