Responsibilities :
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure best outcomes.
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make informed decisions.
Stay current with ABA best practices and advancements.
Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements :
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
Experience in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis essential.
Familiarity with special education practices and HIPAA regulations necessary.
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
