What You'll Do:
- Manage administrative and daily operations of the GUIDE team.
- Ensure CMMl/CMS GUIDE program requirements are met at both the program and patient/caregiver levels.
- Partner in the development of the GUIDE business strategy, ensuring the strategy aligns with the mission and values of providing excellent patient care.
- Supervise, train, and support GUIDE staff.
- Service line management including: quality, compliance, the financial aspects of medical billing, staff management, information technology, internal departmental collaboration, and marketing.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- A Minimum of 5 years of Nursing experience, and a Minimum of 3 years leadership experience, experience with Dementia (preferred)
- A passion for team mentorship, employee development, and building a team culture based on delivering results while fostering strong relationships.
- Knowledge of health care systems including reimbursement mechanisms
