Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with our organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR sourcing techniques, and the ability to foster relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Duties
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline the hiring process.
- Conduct employee evaluations to assess performance and identify development opportunities.
- Negotiate job offers and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on talent management.
- Train and develop junior recruitment staff on best practices in sourcing and interviewing techniques.
- Engage in cold calling potential candidates to build a robust pipeline of talent.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment management or a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and tools, including Workday and other applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations.
- Experience in training development for recruitment processes is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
