Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed to ensure client health and safety.
- Assist clients with memory care activities to promote cognitive engagement and emotional well-being.
- Perform heavy lifting when necessary to assist clients with physical needs.
- Support clients in long-term care settings by fostering independence and dignity.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses and social workers, to develop personalized care plans.

Skills
