The General Manager is tasked with leading their facility in providing a top-notch guest experience. The General Manager trains, coaches, and works alongside the department managers to ensure their teams are delivering a memorable experience to every guest, every visit.
This individual supports department managers with building high-performing teams through effective hiring, team member development, scheduling, and fostering team engagement. This position is responsible for all business functions, including upholding standard operational procedures and processes, maximizing financial performance, connecting with the community, and reinforcing Andy B’s mission and values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uphold company operations standards to ensure optimal safety and satisfaction for guests and team members.
- Interact with guests to ensure the best guest experience.
- Develop and coach team leads to cultivate team member engagement and buy-in.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure adequate staffing and sustainable labor costs.
- Oversee all hiring, training, and development.
- Lead by example, delegate responsibilities, and hold team leads accountable.
- Maximize in-center revenue, minimize Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and meet labor cost targets.
- Collaborate with leadership and Home Office staff to improve operations, guest experience, and team engagement.
- Foster relationships within the community and promote the Andy B’s brand
- Other duties as assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service and/or hospitality management required.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to display a high degree of judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to frequently lift to 20 lbs.; occasionally to 40 lbs.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a team.
- Genuine enthusiasm and competitive nature.
- Successful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments within first 90 days of employment.
