Party Hosts make birthday parties at Andy B’s stress-free for parents and memorable for kids. Our Party Hosts anticipate guest needs, inspire fun, and manage all the party details.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspire memorable experiences by providing top-notch guest service and remaining attentive to guest needs.
- Interact with guests with genuine enthusiasm and energy to ensure the best guest experience.
- Facilitate all aspects of events and effectively sell and upsell product offerings.
- Process transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards and report operational issues.
- Conduct pre-event and post-event duties.
- Other duties as assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 16 years of age.
- Friendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 10 lbs.; occasionally up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Successful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments.
