Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to safety and quality standards.
- Operate the Aloha POS system for processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to manage time effectively during busy periods.
- Perform basic math calculations for order totals and change accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
