Guest check-in and monitoring
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Residential Concierge to join our team. The Concierge organizes, coordinates, and implements various resident services and programs and acts as an information source to residents regarding local market resources. This is a vital role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various security situations effectively.
Responsibilities Include
Guest check-in and monitoring
- Promote a friendly warm attitude in daily interaction with residents and guests
- Signing in/out vendors
- Manage and facilitate the delivery and receipt of resident packages as needed and as requested by the property manager
- Assist with resident/property event support as requested by the property manager
- Providing information about in-room smart systems or digital amenities
- Accept and fully log-in dry cleaning and other deliveries, professionally utilizing receipt systems and storing received dry cleaning and other items in the designated and appropriate storage locations
- Assist residents, prospective residents, visitors, delivery persons, contractors, etc. with basic building information
- Maintain a complete and professional log of all building visitors
- Respond to any alarms of the building as requested by the property manager
- Enforce building policies and procedures including emergency evacuation procedures
- Call emergency personnel such as police and fire departments in case of an emergency. Notify site management.
- Contact the building Superintendent or Maintenance Department if the need of a building repair should arise
- Perform periodic building checks (if requested by property manager) to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the building
- Assist in resident lockout as needed and requested by the property manager
- Report suspicious individuals and inform both management and the appropriate authorities of suspicious incidents
- Implement/enforce building access control
- Assist with reserving guest suite, lounge area, and outdoor area for residents
- Offer residents recommendations for local restaurants, entertainment venues, attractions, and services
- Provide residents with maps, directions, and information about nearby points of interest
- Assist with making reservations for restaurants, theater shows, tours, or other activities
- Arranging transportation, such as taxis, limousines, or airport transfers
- Answer general building and neighborhood questions
- Make travel arrangements and entertainment reservations (taxi, dinner, and theatre reservations, etc.)
- Provide helpful information about the property, its amenities, and services
