As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing quality service and support to customers in a fast-paced environment. You will possess a professional image at all times and maintain a working knowledge of emergency policies, procedures, and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, patrons, and employees
- Maintain a professional image at all times
- Respond immediately to emergency alarms or calls for help
- Know and understand post orders, revisions, and daily event needs
- Operate elevators, provide special services, or perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- To be at least 18 years old
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to exemplify our Mission Statement that Customer Service is Every Employee's Job
- Clear and effective oral and written communication skills
- The ability to sit, twist, turn, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
