Overview :
We are actively seeking experienced and motivated professionals for upcoming opportunities as Sports & Entertainment Security Managers across various markets in the U.S. This role provides leadership and accountability for the management of security operations, staffing, and client relations within the sports and entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage security staff at various client locations, ensuring proper staffing levels, training, and compliance with all security protocols.
- Develop and implement post orders, best practices, and training materials for security staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead and guide security personnel, resolving staffing issues and addressing performance concerns.
- Proactively identify potential risks and safety concerns, ensuring a secure and safe environment for employees and guests.
- Collaborate with clients to address security, emergency, and safety needs, ensuring client satisfaction and safety standards are met.
- Assist in the hiring, orientation, and ongoing training of security personnel, providing direction to new hires and existing staff.
- Handle scheduling for all security personnel at events, ensuring staffing meets client requirements.
- Regularly evaluate events and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and submit payroll and billing reports in a timely manner.
- Ensure effective communication with all team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Support other operational areas and assist with special projects as needed.
