Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Control: Ensure that scanned documents are legible, clear, and free from errors. Perform quality checks on scanned files.
- Maintain Equipment: Regularly check and maintain office scanning equipment, reporting any technical issues to the IT department.
- Document Retrieval: Retrieve specific documents from digital files as requested by team members.
- Data Entry: Input or update document-related information into database systems or spreadsheets.
- Support Administrative Tasks: Assist with other office-related tasks as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing physical files.
Qualifications:
