Overview

Andy Mohr Automotive is seeking a dynamic and experience Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone with subprime and/or special financing experience. Great bank relationships and the understanding of inventory, terms, structure, etc for these customers. This person will be responsible for driving sales, motivating a sales team, working deals from walk-ins, phone ups, and leads with top-notch customer service. You must have strong strong communication skills and retail math knowledge to assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle for their needs. Your ability to negotiate and upsell will be crucial in maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties

  • Engage with customers about the inventory, finance options, trade value, and other aspects of the sales process.
  • Coach and train sales reps
  • Submit deals to lenders and TO customers that come to the dealership.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
  • Utilize software tools for inventory, finance, CRM, etc
  • Hold sales reps accountable to follow up with customers
  • Conduct or be a part of "save a deal" meetings daily
  • Work with other employees to ensure the best customer experience
  • Stay informed about industry trends, vehicle specifications, and dealership promotions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in Automotive Sales Management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction.
  • Proficiency in retail math for pricing, financing options, and payment calculations.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve favorable outcomes for both the dealership and customers.
  • Experience with inventory control systems or software is a plus.
  • A passion for automobiles and a desire to help customers find their ideal vehicle.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
