Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and mentor service technicians, providing guidance on automotive diagnostics and repair processes.
- Implement strategies for upselling services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align service offerings with customer needs and promote automotive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to service performance or vehicle repairs.
- Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring availability for timely repairs.

Requirements
