Duties
- Communicate clearly and effectively via phone, email, and text/chat.
- Deliver outstanding client services by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Collect information on issues and/or complaints from customers
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide sales support by setting appointments for the sales team.
- Assist in training new team members on best practices in customer support.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions.
- Experience with outbound calling is advantageous.
- A positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers are essential traits.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to accommodate business hours.
